The Irish Draper
The origin of the line, a European draper that lived with fabric and seams.
South Africa’s First Designer Label
A designer who believed clothes carry soul, whose work shaped how a generation dressed in South Africa. Our garments were his last designs.
Design Director
Continuing the lineage through slow linen craftsmanship, creating garments meant to be lived in, kept, remembered.
Each Irish Linen Set is cut and sewn by Ruwayda Ford, a master tailor with more than three decades of experience. Her hands decide how the linen falls on the body, how the seams feel against the skin, how long the garment can be loved.
Production is intentionally limited. Every garment passes through the same small studio, the same pair of hands, the same quiet insistence on doing things properly.
